YAFEX is built by YAFE Engineering Products, an industrial AI company that has been solving hard manufacturing problems since 2017. Before we built an AI copilot for maintenance teams, we built computer vision and safety systems that are running in production on factory floors today.
Where YAFEX comes from
YAFE has spent the last seven years building AI systems for manufacturing plants — quality inspection that catches defects at production speed, plant safety systems that prevent accidents before they happen, and MES software that gives plant managers real time visibility into their operations.
Across 50+ deployments in automotive, tyre, and heavy engineering, one problem kept showing up everywhere: when a machine breaks down, the team loses far more time finding the fix than fixing it.
YAFEX is what we built to solve that specific problem — using everything we learned about how real factories actually run.

YAFE's existing AI systems are deployed across 50+ factories including AI Quality Inspection for tyre DOT code verification, Plant Safety AI for PPE and hazard zone detection, and an MES platform used by Mahindra Power Electronics to improve OEE from 62% to 84%.
