These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YAFEX platform operated by YAFEX Inc. Please read these Terms carefully before using our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YAFEX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the YAFEX platform.
2. Description of Service
YAFEX provides an AI-powered maintenance diagnosis platform for manufacturing plants. The service allows users to upload machine documentation, query fault diagnoses, manage work orders, and access maintenance analytics. YAFEX is a diagnostic assistance tool — it does not replace qualified maintenance professionals.
3. Account Registration
To use YAFEX, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use YAFEX only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models • Use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service • Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to YAFEX, including machine manuals, work orders, and maintenance records. By uploading content, you grant YAFEX a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.
6. Subscription and Payment
YAFEX is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. There are no long-term contracts or implementation fees. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
YAFEX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated diagnoses will be accurate in all cases. YAFEX is a decision-support tool — all maintenance decisions should be verified by qualified personnel.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAFEX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we will delete your data within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of YAFEX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
